Lindt Excellence

Yesterday I went to Alma to check if there is any new Milka. Alma sells a lot of imported products that are not available in Poland. I did not find anything new but....

I have bought Lindt chocolates I always wanted to try. Lindt with salt (already tried - delicious), Lindt Wasabi and Lindt 99% Cocoa... and each of them is only for 6 zloties :)

Unfortunately I do not run a blog about any food - but about particular one. In the summer I found few interesting products - I would like to introduce them to you :)

"Chrupiące plasterki truskawki" - Crispy Naturals (Crispy Strawberries Slices)

I found them in Alma. What made me interested about them is this sign "zrobione z 5 truskawek z Polski - made from five strawberries from Poland".

Ladies and Gentelmen - not one, not ten... but five strawberries from Poland ;)

"Ser i Marchew Chrupiące plasterki z posypką paprykową" Crispy Naturals (Cheese and Carrot - crispy slices with paprika powder)

Bought also in Alma - I guess Alma is the most popular shop with strange products. I remember the small bag was on sale for 1,49zł. Did I like it? When it is 2am and you are drank - you can eat anything - even crispy carrot ;)

"Brzydkie i dobre" (Ugly and tasty)

I saw them few times in Auchan but packed in big bags. Last week I found them in small pack. First try - wasn't so ugly but... not tasty too. But the next day - when it absorb some water - it was really tasty :)

So finally I am here. I am in England. After NKOTBSB concert at O2Arena which was transmitted to 300 cinemas in Europe and all over the world by Internet.

At Wikipedia at two posts this concert is mentioned by date because it was announced:

1. Kevin Richardson is going back to Backstreet Boys

2. AJ is going to be dad.

but the point is my teenager's dream came true and I saw my two favourite bands from my teenage years and I saw them in London in O2 Arena. One of the concerts that you could see at MTV and claimed you would never see it live. It is worth to make your dreams come true - doesnt matter how stupid they seem to be :)

So now I am going to ASDA to find new Milka stuff to my collection :)

It will not be fair to write blog about chocolate products, live in Poland and not mention the most famous candies these days.

Candies "Michalki" (little Michaels) were available in polish shops for ages. Lately Wawel has started to produce new flavours of popular sweets. Nowadays you can buy little Michaels in five different flavours. In the photo you can see 3 of my favourites: coffee (brown), orange and white.

Lately I have read in blog Świat Słodyczy about little Michaels chocolate. So today is the day I have tried that one and... Wawel should have stayed with candies :)

I started to work during summertime when I was 15-16 years old. Ohhhhh I remember my first salary - 12 zloties for all day hard work in the countryside.

Later Poland got into European Union and we started to go there in the summertime to do shit job for minimal wage. 4 years ago I worked in Kate's Cake in Ashington (West Sussex) hand-making cakes like this one. After 3 months of working there I was 16 pounds heavier and my boss at fitness club told me I had been too fat to work in fitness.

The cakes I found yesterday are classic british cakes which usually you can not buy in Poland.

And believe me - they are amazing! Especially with coffee Inka with cinammon!

5 years ago when I was in England for 3 months, we used to eat a lot of Cadbury chocolate. There was some kind of scandal with Salmonella or something like this and their chocolate was really cheap that time - cheap enough for poor polish people doing shit job for minimal wage ;)

This weekend I spend in England, West Sussex so I bought one tablet for my friend Pinky but.... unfortunately I opened it in Berlin Schonefeld Airport :D

It is the blog about Milka but... sometimes when I try so dissapointing products... I start to dream about the best cheesecake ever.

If you go to Amsterdam you have to go to La Cubanita (mexican restaurant). The food they offer there is of course amazing but... the most amazing is this cake. I ate two pieces and when I was leaving the waitress asked me if I would like to eat third piece :) What a silly question!!!!

It is Easter Time, baby!

I am visiting my parents in Olsztyn. Of course they said I am lately too thin and have to eat more (wonder if Prince Harry would say  the same ;))... so they bought me every candy I wanted.

Few days ago on one polish tv programme I watched that Torcik Wedlowski and Ptasie Mleczko by Wedel are the most typical polish sweets.

How surprised was I to find I have never eaten Torcik Wedlowski... and to make my parents (and me) happy I ate almost whole at once :D

It cost 10 zloties. On the box it is writen that it is handmade decorated. I think I will take one of this next week when I go to London - just in case if British Airways for another time will say that I am TERRIFYING terrorist - I will pay them with Torcik Wedlowski to let me get  in to the plane :)

Now when I am 27 years old... I just realized that prince charming has to be:

My daddy went to Spain last month. He asked me:

So I sent him e-mail containing photos of chocolates I want from Spain:

... well... let's say he was so proud of him that he brought me chocolates from Spain that I had heart not to tell him they are not the ones I wanted :D

I do not want to forget what I did sth like one month ago.

I met a guy who I said many bad things to. I felt so bad and was looking for the perfect way to say "I'm sorry".

I bought 10 cards. In each card I wrote one word which connected gave the sentence:

I AM VERY SORRY. CAN WE STILL BE ... COLLEAGUES? G.

So for 10 day I have been going to the post office sending the post cards (the good point it was on the way to the fitness club).

I've just started new-old life as I turned from anabolism into catabolism. If ever again try to do sth nice and crazy to any guy - pls show me this note 

because

nice girls should be the one who receive (not give) the ideas like this!

I am the best flatmate ever :)

Back. I was so busy during last weeks. And still so many papers left.

Todays day was horrible - woke up at 4am and... work work work till 8pm.

When I was waiting for the train back (as my car is broken again) I went to the shop, where I found the funniest waffels ever.

In translation:

(in Poland the most intimate part of the mens body we call "bird").

When I got back I told my flatmates (who are 2 boys) to choose one... and now finally i know who of them is more lucky ;)

It is not in my collection. I made the photo of the traditional Czech-Slovakian Chocolate. My flatmate brought it from Czech Republic - we tried it today after dinner.

Gosh! I need to loose these 3 kilos :D

Studentska is produced by Nestle.It is chocolate with jelly, nuts and raisings. 

I'm lovin' it!

Plus it is very low calorie chocolate comparing to Milka :)
