Few weeks ago I got another present from Netherlands. I really wanted to put a post about it but... I really can not find the photos of the pack anywhere (but I did them for sure). I will write about it in the next ones but... let me start with Milka Crispello Vanilla flavour.

which was not amazing.

But... I have to say that Vanilla Pudding is much more better and just perfect for afternoon coffee :)

The nicest thing about running blog is that it keeps you connected with people with same interests. Last week I got the letter from Budapest, Hungary. Inside I could find Milka Wafelini - not available in Poland at all, and one coffee with Milka. Coconut Wafelini is somewhere in my belly now - and I have to admit it is very tasty :)

Today is the day that I got beautiful, orange Philips Senseo Padmaschine.

Of course I treated it as a great opportunity to try Milka Pads :)

Both were bought today in Schwedt Oder Center. The left one for sth lie 3,49 euros.

Each cup consist of one tube of Milka Cocoa and one pad of milk.

This weekend I spent in Warsaw attending the course about gestational diabetes.

Last few months I was sure I have some kind of depression titled "I should be a stewardess". The point is that when I was going to study Dietetics I thought I would find the golden-nutrition-cure especially for obesity. What I found out is there is no cure. People put on kilos when they eat too much for themselves.

I also had the feelings that scientists trying to make a big science from the process such natural as eating. Humans have been eating for thousands years now! And they were alive! and scientists are looking for many stupid small stuff in food that maybe exists but... there is no sense in looking for them!

So on Saturday I attended the lecture by prof. Malgorzata Kozlowska-Wojciechowska, one of the authors of tv program on TVN Style "Czy wiesz co jesz".

I always thought that the big profesors in Warsaw are sitting, drinking coffee, copying guidelines from 1970 and getting money for that. After the lecture I found out that... maybe some of professors are doing that but...

There is an exception called professor Zdrowko :)

Profesor's Zdrowko knowledge is so big! and listening her lecture opened my eyes: IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO DOESNT BELIEVE IN "popular" HEALTHY EATING :) Thank you professor for getting back my passion about dietetic science!

... now I can dare to love my work :)

Like every year this time we have a new limited edition. I have two type wrappers - one is from Poland, the other one from Germany (somewhere around Koln), which I got from another person who supported my collection.
