Milka Hazelnuts (100g)

Milka Hazelnuts (100g)

Milk chocolate with Alpine milk and hazelnuts - this is written in the paper. Chocolate was produced in Poland. I'm wondering how did they transport milk from Alps to Poland? Considering the fact that Poland always had overproduced milk :)

Milka Yoghurt (100g)

Milka Yoghurt (100g)

Ladies and gentelmen - the one and only... Milka Yoghurt. One of the best Milka flavours ever. The favourite chocolate of my friend Mo. Also one of my favourites.

This paper is from the chocolate that was produced in 25.06.2002. Still no nutrition information. What is interesting - it was produced not in Germany or Poland... but Slovakia!

Milka Happy Cows (100g)

Milka Happy Cows (100g)

This chocolate was produced in 06.09.2001. No nutrition information in the paper.

This flavour is being still produced, packed in different paper. I've never liked it much - it was the only one time I tried it.

Milka Crispy Cereals (100g)

Milka Crispy Cereals (100g)

Another one that was bought somewhere in 2002-3. No nutrition information in the paper (yes Maarten - it was before Poland access to United Europe).

I ate it only once and was not very tasty.

Milka Noisette (100g)

Milka Noisette (100g)

This chocolate I got from my friend Małgosia who had bought it in Austria (or Italy, or Germany). Anyway - somewhere in United Europe :)

I had to put it today, because also today I had nice speech with one patient. He said that he had seen that Milka manufactured in Germany is much more tastier than this one produced in Poland.

So the question is: Are we still class B United Europe country? :>

(below also the old one paper from sth like 2001-2002 and the one bought 19.09.2010 in Germany-it seems to be the most popular chocolate there - 100g, 125g and 300g are avaible)

Milka Milk Cream & Popping Candies (100g)

Milka ChocoGrains (168g)

Milka ChocoGrains (168g)

Tomorrow I have a guest. My friend is 5-month pregnant and I plan to make plum cake, chocolate cake (typical english one) and... while I was shopping I found Milka cookies.Milka cookies plus coffeine-free traditional polish coffee Inka: hope she will not kill me.

Few words about Milka. I love this chocolate, love cookies but... as dietician I have to say: it is really shit food. Eating too much Milka? You can say hello to your fatty liver :) But as my professor said once:

What does healthy diet consist of? - In healthy diet you can eat everything what is not tasty.

Milka Milk Cream & Choco-Keks (100g)

New limited edition has happened this month in polish shops. It is the first one taste of three newest Milka chocolates and I have to admit: this one is the best. The other reason I liked it is that it was paid with the last money before payment day.

Martin Schmidt

In the introduction I wrote I had started to collect Milka paper wrappers because of Martin Schmidt.

Well. That is true.

When I was teenager ski jumping was the national sport. You could support married Adam Malysz, who is not very handsome.

Or... You could support more handsome Martin Schmidt who were very very very single. The choice for the teenage girl was so easy...........

Milka Zartherb (100g)

Milka Zartherb (100g)

Another chocolate bought during the trip to Germany with my friend Monika. Actually it was my first time in Germany (except the ones I was passing by on the way to England). We found the sign "Be careful tanks", met german policeman who speaks polish (actually 2 words "nie wolno" = "you are not allowed to") and I was shot with toy gun by german kid (yes he showed me it is the fault of polish football players that Germany did not play in final).

Zartherb - I even do not know how to translate it (google translator too), has the taste like normal dark chocolate. I did not like it much and for sure will not buy it again.

Milka Alpenmilchcreme (100g)

Milka Alpenmilchcreme (100g)

In July I went for short trip to Germany. Of course I planned visit some local market to buy some missing Milka stuff.

This is one of them.

Can I say I liked it a lot? No. Maybe it is because I have been collecting Milka paper wrappers for 10 years and the one I really loved are not being produced anymore. Maybe the reason is different - I think Milka is just loosing the good taste (or I am getting old and loosing my taste buds).
Well Milka with milk filling is much more tastier than any Mousse one but also has more calories.

First one

Can you imagine woman with Masters Degree in Dietetics, who works in her qualification in Diabetology Clinic, collecting the chocolate paper wrappers? Most of you would say NEVER.

Well. Let's meet me. My name is Gosia, 26yo polish woman. I finished masters degree in dietetics in Medical University with many scholarships. During studies I' ve been working for 2 years in fitness club. These days I work in Public Hospital in Clinic of Diabetology and Internal Diseases.

I know everything about healthy eating...

but...

.... my biggest sin...

For 10 years I've been collecting Milka Chocolate Wrappers.

... and it is the time to share my hobby with others.
