in everyone's life happens this moment that the person is grown up enough to live alone,

in my case this moment is called "cats" :)

cats? - someone will ask - the animals?

yes!

in june i decided to look for a new place to live. i was looking for big single room in higher standard. i visited one students house - room was amazing - so was the girl who showed me my future room. and she asked:

can u smell cats?

surprisingly i said: no... 

and my fault was not to be too suspicious.

mystery was solved first night i moved. the landlord is keeping in the basement three male cats who were peeing and he did not clean after them everyday. so... the odour started to get into my room.... and then it started: my friends were asking me how I could have live in such stinky place, i could not sleep cause of the smell and i started to smell like cats.

after asking landlord few times to do sth with cats i had just given up and started to look for the room. but then i started to understand that... i am too old to live like a student with students...

and this is how i am going to spend the first night in my new 2 room flat in strict town center. 

... and i hope i will have a dream of eating a lot of Milka and not getting fat... cause...

the dream you have the first night in new place always comes true :D

I GO TO NKOTBSB concert 29th of April in London. Yeah!!!!!

So now I have other level to reach - I wanna be one of these girls on stage:  (:D:D:D)

As we know the camera is giving you 10 pounds so I need to follow the diet to look perfect :D

5 years ago when I was in England for 3 months, we used to eat a lot of Cadbury chocolate. There was some kind of scandal with Salmonella or something like this and their chocolate was really cheap that time - cheap enough for poor polish people doing shit job for minimal wage ;)

This weekend I spend in England, West Sussex so I bought one tablet for my friend Pinky but.... unfortunately I opened it in Berlin Schonefeld Airport :D

Everytime my daddy calls me he asks me:

So... I opened the account on one famous dating site. I decided I will meet some interesting guy and will reach butterflies in my stomach. 

Few days ago I met with the guy - lets call him Mr X.

Mr X is tall, very handsome guy, wearing nice clothes and with...... the biggest fetish of mine: beautiful teeth. Mr X invited me for a short supper in KFC - sadly - none of the guys from internet goes to nice restaurants. Mr X drove his stylish BMW. I had very nice time with Mr X. Mr X asked me if i would like to go to the cinema with him.

And then he gave me the lift back home. I got into the car and shut the door (one strong move - like in my car). Mr X said: in this car we dont close the doors so hard! Mr X allowed me to practise the proper closing for another 3 times.

I was getting out of the car when mr X said  - lets go to the cinema on tuesday. Mr X was dissapointed when I said: We will see. It was wonderful to meet you. Kisses. And I closed the door with a lot of strenght.

I started to follow the main road to get into house. And he just stopped the car near to me - opened window and shouted: 

I SAID: CLOSE IT SOFTLY!

and it was the last time I saw Mr X.

So no popcorn in the cinema. Thanks God for the new Milka :D

Last trip to Schwedt was really successful.

Not only I found the perfect guy to kiss...

Then I bought a lot of new Milkas plus one very special Milka product.

Which looks not tasty at all but you can prepare perfect sandwiches with it

 Consists of Wasa bread, Lurpack butter, special Milka product and banana and don't look tasty at all!

But... this is one of the best products I have ever tried. The taste is just PERFECT!!!!

It cost 1,89 Euro last week.

I would really recommend it to every one who are big fan of Nutella.

Tasty chocolate-cake. Half of the chocolate is just enough to feel the right blood glucose in your body.

But what I really need to mention is that the chocolate on this cake is really amazing. I haven't eaten German Milka for few months but I can suggest that Deutschland chocolate is tastier :)

Latin people are always shocked when they learn that in Poland we eat dinner between 2-4pm.

So I am just after my dinner and it is time for a cup of coffee and the newest Milka that my friend Pinky brought me from Germany. 

What I really like from dietitian's point of view is that tablet is divided into 2 small tablets. Then you just don't eat whole chocolate as usual but only half of it.

Great idea to fight with obesity :)

(I've never thought I would say that of Kraft Foods ;) )

I have been working in Diabethology Clinic for 2 years now. Yesterday in my blood tests I got 195mg/dl fasting glucose.

I still hope it is a mistake of the machine and planning to repeat blood tests but...

I started to watch my sugar lever with glucometer...

and I have to admit one thing.

Many patients told me that when they had started to have diabetes they feel like eating sweets whole the time. When I saw a possibility to be diabetes ... I felt like I wanna and can eat whole the candies in the world :)

A day from dietitian's life:

Lady: Miss Gosia, miss Gosia, can you pls prepare me a diet? 

(we are running slimming programme in Uni)

Me: Yes, of course. are you prepared not to eat candies and sugar for one month?

(we are monitoring blood parameters and we need patients to run the diet they're getting)

Lady: What?

Me: You will get one month diet and you can not eat candies during that time.

Lady: Ok. I do not want diet.

The worst scenerio happens when the lady says: I WILL NOT EAT CANDIES. 

The time to prepare one 1week diet is 4 hours with interview - of course they do not pay me for that. Then after few days of dieting she starts to eat chocolate and is avoiding me for 2 months.

Why am I writing that? Because half of the female workers from hospital is avoiding me :D The other half is stalking me and trying to convince me to prepare them diet. 

... and this is how I am loosing passion at work :)
